I've been really lazy lately. In fact, I'm pretty sure my muscles are atrophying. So in attempts to ride the Salt Lake City Century in May with my lovely father, I decided I better start training.
Last night I went to a spinning class. It may have been the hardest and most grueling 60 minutes of my life. The instructor (a 100 pound little girl) made me look like a 350 pound asthmatic. Well I am asthmatic but I'm not 350 pounds. The first ten minutes of class I literally almost puked. Everyone else in the class seemed to be doing fine which made me feel even worse about my current physical condition. Well let's just say I actually made it through the entire class without passing out or walking out of the class.
I will conquer that class. Just wait and you'll see.

i love spinning. i bet you rocked it. miss you. xoxo
I always feel like the least athletic in any kind of exercise class. In no time at all I bet you'll rise to the top!
Bravo! atleast you got up and went. Hmmm...I apparently contemplate too much and then by the time I decide it is too late. Or I use that excuse. Spinning is fun, crazy, hard...Well I have to admit I haven't been in a while. So who am I kidding. They are hard. Good luck with the wheels and I am sure you will kick butt in no time.
everytime i go back to spin after a long hiatus i feel that way. the first time i ever went years ago..i actually did puke. it's about time i get back on that bike. i love it though and you will too!
I believe in you! And here's a little tip: when they tell you to turn the dial and make it harder... I just put my hand on the dial and fake turn it up! Yep, I that!
